1. Who we are

purche.ai is operated by Quaeris.ai (contact: hello@purche.ai). This policy covers data collected via purche.ai and its beta signup forms.

2. What data we collect

When you apply for early access, we collect:

• Full name
• WhatsApp phone number
• Business type (e.g. Manufacturing, Logistics & Transport)
• Date and time of submission

We do not collect email addresses, national identification numbers, payment information, or any sensitive personal data at this stage.

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

• Reach out to you on WhatsApp to onboard you onto the purche.ai beta
• Send product updates and relevant information about purche.ai via WhatsApp
• Understand which business types to prioritise during beta development

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making.

4. Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA), which is GDPR-compliant. A copy may also be stored in your browser's local storage on this device only.

We use Plausible Analytics for website traffic measurement. Plausible is cookieless, collects no personal data, and requires no cookie consent banner. No data leaves the EU.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

• India (DPDP Act 2023): Right to access, correct, and erase your personal data. Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Turkey (KVKK): Right to be informed, access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your personal data.
• EU / EEA (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.
• All users: Right to unsubscribe from any communication at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@purche.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We retain your beta application data for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion. If you do not become a purche.ai user, your data is deleted after this period.

7. Third-party services

• Netlify — hosting and form storage. Netlify Privacy Policy

• Google Fonts — font delivery. Your IP address is shared with Google when fonts load. Google Privacy Policy

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as purche.ai grows. We will notify beta members of material changes via WhatsApp. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
